The flight to Langkawi is tomorrow. started feeling nervous already. the largest event that i've participated before. i can never imagine what will i go through since this is the first time i'm on it. My fear of the lack of training is haunting me as the day passes towards D-day; as a first timer, as a common-ordinary triathlete.

We've packed our bikes and preparing our stuffs. Caught myself much unprepared with stuffs, not-so-well-planned nutrition plan, and much much more. Grrr.. Still trying to checked out all items on my 'stuff lists', and it looks like some of it wouldn't be checked out sooner than what i expected. Vignesh tell me don't need to worry much as we will go gear-hunting at the Ironman expo. I fear the prices there will cekik darah too much. Expensive logo on expensive item??
Now, the only thing that i can do is to be confident and have faith on the training that we've done together. Ironman distance is not the same as other triathlon distance. For normal OD, few hours should be expected, same as the Long Distance or Half-Ironman, but for Ironman distance, is cut-off is 17 hoursss! My legendary senior and coach done 12 and 10 hours respectively. Omaigawdd... How could they be that fast?
Let's just hope that i can go through all of this. This will be the 3rd tough things that I've done in my life after KL-Ipoh cycling with full backpack 2 riders only and the devastating eco-challenge in uni. Both not-so-prepared. Haha. Have to deal with unpreparedness all my life i think. Unprepared to face anything, yet still can go through anything. I hope Allah give me strong will to finish this.
memories.. first years in the club, with seniors and mates for MUDS.

After club meeting. I still got this picture with me. Some were gone, and some were still with me, together, training in the evening. Good luck to seniors at their respective units. Good luck to everyone at what they do now. My prayers with you.
