IM here i come!

assalamualaikummm..
hamboi sopan le pulakk?
haha. adat melayu bersopann santun.

its been a long time since i have updated my blog. WOW..

yela. ada banyak lagi benda yang priority nye lbih daripada update blog ni.. XD

okay. skang ni alhamdulillah aku hidup lagi kerana ihsan dan rahmatNya. tapi skang ni musim test menjelma.
serabut palotak na study last2 menettt macam ni. adat U ni, sume study last menett. Bak kata Bill Gates, study last menet laa menjana otak untuk lebih bekerja keras pe bagai.. tapi study last menet ni laa yang wat sakit pale, penat pulokkk..

esok test AI. satu subjek yg agak frustrating. not blaming the lecturer, but the lecture hours was too short. ade ke subjek macam tu 3 jam je sminggu? whoa. buku dia tebal setebal hidung akuuuu niii. Haaa..

 and the syllabus was way more rich than in this U



after that ada language week, and i'm in the Russian class. Never was my dream nor my plan. HAHA. originally, i was to take mandarin class, yelaa, da ada basic, why not sambung je.. or i suppose, wat revision balek kan? esok macam2 laa kehendak dia, and yang paling mental sekali kene nyanyi koir lagu Katyusha. ya Allah, lirik dia macam hape tahhh. tergeliat gak laa lidah na menyebut bait2 lagu nye ituuu..

In another three weeks, i will have a test -  special test of triathlon. to get the sponsorship from pusat sukan U. whoaaaa! na pegi IRONMAN na mintak sponsorship pun kene ujian gak? da laa U ni je satu2 nye U kat Malaysia ni yang hanta student pegi IRONMAN? The IM Langkawi is on the September next year. there is still plenty of time to train, but for the test, in 3 weeks, plus minus rest time, military training, weekend, i am running out of time..


Haa.. IM hok ni laaa. bukan yang Tony Stark mahupun Tony Jaa tuu..



This is my dear coach, Sgt Jasmi, and i decided i want to follow his strokes, cadences and steps. *hamboiii...*



As soon as i heard that there is a sponsorship for the IM, i terus beli jam Suunto T6d Triathlon pack. WHOAaa~ this is the most impulsive buy i ever made, the craziest one.  The watch cost me RM1.6k. selamat tuan punya jam bagi bayaq dua kali. so, this month i'll pay 700, and the next pandai2 laa kire... XD

I hope the watch will help me in my training for the sponsorship. RM1.7k punye sponsor, sapa takmau wehhh? but then, everything comes from myself..



Entah bila lagi aku na update blog ni kann.. ni pun aku update tergesa-gesa sebab satgi na pegi kelas Russia... russki izik.. pfffttt...

I miss to cycle outside of this camp. Hope they get the approval soon to start training outside. terlalu bosan berkayuh atas trainer. I afraid that one day i become to bored to cycle on the trainer, thus become bored to cycle at all. Cycling leg was very important, as what i can see from my previous event, Nusajaya i lack the strength to sprint, and also to climb... last2 dapat nombot 9 on my age group. eshhh.. sayanggg... lagi sikit jaa na potong senior saya yang dok kata saya BMI tuhhh.. haha. dendam tak kesampaian untuk dilunaskan. takpela. rezeki masing2.. skang ni da na kurus lagi kot. heee. thanks to the fat burner.. now i can feel my wallet is thinning.. XD  eh actually risau gak kot ada effect, but its from natural resources. dia buat dari kopi arabica.. itu da kaffeine banyak tu. tapi mata aku dok kuyu lagu tu jugakkk. :p

okay fine. its time to go. kelas memanggil. miss Christy menjerit memanggil.. ;)

gemokkkk!

Assalamualaikum. hey guys! i'm back from nowhereee~
HAHA. lama ta menulis, asik kene tinggal je blog ni yee?
ta terurus macam tuan dy jugakk lahhh..

right now i involved with an issue, which is very common for me..
berat badannn lebihhh! OUCH!

actually ni sebab raya aritu, then bile da masuk blek aktiviti ta banyak ngat, tambah pulak terlibat ngan parade 31 Ogos tuuu. bersejarah gile baq hanggg! ma cakap saye masuk tibiiiii! :)

18:52 tengok baris kiri tu, hujung skali tu sayee..

sumpahh besttt! tengok 5 star depan mataa. ta bkelip mata tengok.. first time terlibat lam perarakan rasmi da masuk camni... hee.. 

ehhh.. da melalut niiii!!

skang ni dok sibuk na kuruskan badan ke tahap optimum. hadoiii.. berat sangat kaa cheq ni???
itulahh, asik sibuk je sampai ta training.. naik da bmi. huhu. jenuh jaga makan skang nii...

pagi-makan banyak, telur kurangkan.

tengahari-makan lauk jepp.. kalau da kebulo sangat tu buh nasi sesenduk je.

malam-makan lauk jepp..

haaa. diharapkan bila sampai waktu check berat, dapatlah turun ke tahap yang diingini.. 
tips ade banyak bile check kat internet, tapi tu lahh rajin ta rajin je na ngikot.

ada yang suh wat eksesais semedang(sesaje), ada yang suh ta makan langsung.. itu memang saye pun ta mampu. hehe..

pape pun anda2 di sana yang mengalami masalah yang sama, ta perlu na runsing2 kelam kabut na kurus, semuanya atas diri anda sendiri. pemakanan kawal. eksesais jangan skip. orang tua2 kata kalau bleh mandi seblum subuh dapat kurangkan lemak di badan. Haaa... itu orang tua2 laa kata.. bukan saye kata, kalau orang tua2 tu tipu, kiranya saye pun tipu anda laa.. XD

rancang pemakanan mengikut aktiviti anda. slalunya untuk budak2 atlet, diorang akan makan malam untuk aktiviti pagi esoknye, makan pagi untuk petangnye dan tengahari sikit je just to sustain the energy so that energy will not used up memalam.bia aktiviti lebih daripada makan, bila input kurang dari output, maka terpakailah lemak2 yang ada untuk menampung aktivitiiii.. :)

elakkan tido sejurus selepas makan. ini laa yang dikatakan bapak segala masalah kegemukan. bila da kenyang2 mentekedarah, anda tido dan sah2 laa input tu ta digunakan kannn?

senaman menyihatkan badan. ini serius. kajian menunjukkan orang yang dok bilik ta klua2 tengok dunia lua lebih cenderung untuk gemuk dan menghidap penyakit berbanding yang bersenam selalu. ate da dok bilik je, mane peluh na kluo??


jaga pemakanan. ini tidak, dapat je makan, macam2 disumbatnyee.. besederhana laa sket lam makan tu. jangan jadi macam sayee.. kalau saye ni haa ta perlu makan, da lama kaya dahhh..

hemmm.. tulaa antara tips2 yang boleh dikongsi untuk manfaat bersama. BTW ahad ni ada game kat UiTM Shah Alam. haaa. sape na join? jom kite bersukan beramai-ramai.. :)

it's been a while... *lama jugekk...*

Thousands of apologies. I am very busy with my life that the blog's priority has been downgraded.

The Malakoff University Duathlon Series started, and my U was the first. I'm struggling for the second right now. UM's Bukit Cinta was like forever unforgiving that i depressed so much when thinking of it.

Specialized aku masalah. Study aku masalah. Hidup aku masalah. So, what to do?

HAHA. gelak je kot. just follow suit.

maybe i need to chill down and solve it one by one. but the ultimate problem is, i DON'T have the luxury of TIME chilling down.

all this disturbs me very much. and now there's a girl knocking at the door of my heart. Another PROBLEM.. maybe?

she's been kind, she's understanding, she's comfortably friendly. she have what i want. uhh ohh...
tchhh... all this thing..

Nevertheless, training should be continued. Study should be done. Everything shall works on their way. The results is what we seek.
